Motor Vehicles Act Section 174 — Recovery of money from insurer as arrear of land revenue
CHAPTER XII CLAIMS TRIBUNALS

If an amount is owed to someone under an award, that person can apply to the Claims Tribunal. The Tribunal may then issue a certificate for that amount to the Collector. Once the certificate is issued, the Collector must recover the amount from the person who owes it, using the same process used to recover arrears of land revenue.
