Summary

Even though the old laws were repealed by section 217, any certificate of fitness, registration, licence, or permit that was issued under those old laws can still be renewed under this new Act.

Notwithstanding the repeal by sub-section (1) of section 217 of the enactments referred to in that sub-section, any certificate of fitness or registration or licence or permit issued or granted under the said enactments may be renewed under this Act.] 1[2
