Summary

Civil courts are not allowed to hear any case that questions whether a permit or a licence issued under any scheme should have been granted under this Act. They also cannot issue an injunction, which is a court order stopping or forcing an action, regarding anything that the proper authorities have done or will do about granting such a permit or licence.

No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any question relating to the grant of a permit 3[or licence issued under any scheme] under this Act, and no injunction in respect of any action taken or to be taken by the duly constituted authorities under this Act with regard to the grant of a permit 3[or licence issued under any scheme], shall be entertained by any Civil Court.
