This section makes the rules in this Chapter and any rules or orders made under it take priority. If anything in Chapter V of this Act, or in any other current law, or in any legal document created under such a law, conflicts with this Chapter, then this Chapter's provisions will win and apply instead.

Official Text

The provisions of this Chapter and the rules and orders made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in Chapter V or in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any such law.
