Summary
The State Government must prepare guidelines for involving non-governmental organisations, professionals, experts, and people with knowledge of psychology, social work, physical health, mental health, and child development. These guidelines are meant to govern how such persons are associated with the pre-trial and trial stages to assist the child. This is subject to any rules that may be made in this regard.

Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf, the State Government shall prepare guidelines for use of non-governmental organisations, professionals and experts or persons having knowledge of psychology, social work, physical health, mental health and child development to be associated with the pre-trial and trial stage to assist the child.
