Summary

This section states that the provisions of this Act are in addition to, and do not take away from, any other law that is currently in force. In other words, this Act does not replace or reduce the effect of any other existing law, and the protections or requirements under other laws continue to apply alongside this Act.

The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.
