Sale of Goods Act Section 1 — Short title, extent and commencement

Official Text

(1) This Act may be called the 2*** Sale of Goods Act, 1930. 3[

(2) It extends to the whole of India 4***.]

(3) It shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 1930.
