The seller must hand over the goods, and the buyer must accept them and pay for them, exactly as the contract of sale says. Both sides have to follow the terms they agreed to in that contract.

It is the duty to the seller to deliver the goods and of the buyer to accept and pay for them, in accordance with the terms of the contract of sale.
