CHAPTER I RECOVERING POSSESSION OF PROPERTY
General
Summary
A person who has the legal right to possess a specific piece of land or building can get it back. The process for doing so is the one laid out in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. This section simply states that the recovery must follow that legal procedure.

A person entitled to the possession of specific immovable property may recover it in the manner provided by the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).
