Summary
The State Government may grant a licence to any person to tap neera or padani from any tree, or to draw toddy from any tree, or to sell or supply neera, padani, or toddy, subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Government may impose. The licence must specify the tree or trees from which tapping or drawing is permitted, and the quantity of neera, padani, or toddy that may be tapped, drawn, sold, or supplied under the licence.
