Summary

The High Court is allowed to create its own rules, as long as those rules do not conflict with this Act, to help put the provisions of this Chapter into practice. These rules apply to the High Court itself and to the civil courts that fall under its supervision.

Official Text

The High Court may, from time to time, make rules consistent with this Act for carrying out, in itself and in the Courts of Civil Judicature subject to its superintendence, the provisions contained in this Chapter.
