CHAPTER VII OF GIFTS

Summary

This section clarifies that the rules in this Chapter do not apply to gifts of movable property made in contemplation of death, nor do they affect any rule of Muhammadan (Islamic) law. In other words, those types of gifts are not governed by the provisions in this part of the Act.
