BNSS Section 294 — Judgment of Court

Summary

The court must announce its final decision, as described in section 293, in a public courtroom. The judge who is in charge of the case must sign that written decision.

Official Text

The Court shall deliver its judgment in terms of section 293 in the open Court and the same shall be signed by the presiding officer of the Court.
