Summary
A judgment given by a court under this section is final. No appeal can be filed against it in any court, except for a special leave petition to the Supreme Court under Article 136 of the Constitution, or a writ petition to a High Court under Article 226 or 227 of the Constitution.
Official Text
The judgment delivered by the Court under this section shall be final and no appeal (except the special leave petition under article 136 and writ petition under articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution) shall lie in any Court against such judgment.
