Summary

The rules in this chapter do not apply to anyone who is defined as a juvenile or child under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. This means that the procedures and provisions in this chapter are not used for such individuals.

Official Text

Nothing in this Chapter shall apply to any juvenile or child as defined in section 2 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016).
