BSA Section 155 — Questions intended to insult or annoy

Summary

The Court must stop any question that it believes is meant to insult or annoy someone. The Court must also stop any question that, even if it is otherwise proper, seems needlessly offensive in the way it is worded.

Official Text

The Court shall forbid any question which appears to it to be intended to insult or annoy, or which, though proper in itself, appears to the Court needlessly offensive in form.
