CHAPTER VI REGISTRATION OF CHARGES

Summary

Sub-section (1) requires the Registrar to maintain a register for every company that records the details of charges registered under this Chapter. The register must be kept in the form and manner prescribed by the rules.

Sub-section (2) states that this register is open for inspection by anyone, provided they pay the prescribed fee for each inspection.

(1) The Registrar shall, in respect of every company, keep a register containing particulars of the charges registered under this Chapter in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.

(2) A register kept in pursuance of this section shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of such fees as may be prescribed for each inspection.
