Summary

The President must present every recommendation from the Finance Commission to both Houses of Parliament. This must be done along with a written explanation of what action has been taken on each recommendation.

Official Text

The President shall cause every recommendation made by the Finance Commission under the provisions of this Constitution together with an explanatory memorandum as to the action taken thereon to be laid before each House of Parliament.
