Consumer Protection Act Section 100 — Act not in derogation of any other law

Summary

This Act works alongside other laws that are currently in force. Its provisions are additional to those other laws, and they do not reduce, override, or take away anything that those other laws provide.

Official Text

The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.
