Summary

If any problem comes up in putting this Act into practice, the Central Government can issue an order in the Official Gazette to make rules that are needed to fix the problem, as long as those rules do not go against anything already in this Act.

However, the Government cannot issue such an order after two years have passed from the date this Act first came into force.

Official Text

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Central Government may, by order in the Official Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
