Summary

A person who is unhappy with an order made by the Central Authority under sections 20 and 21 can challenge that order by filing an appeal with the National Commission. The appeal must be filed within thirty days from the day the person receives the order.

A person aggrieved by any order passed by the Central Authority under sections 20 and 21 may file an appeal to the National Commission within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of such order.
