Sub-section (1) says that the State Government is responsible for providing the District Commission with the officers and other employees it needs to help carry out its work.

Sub-section (2) states that these officers and employees must perform their duties under the general supervision and control of the President of the District Commission.

Sub-section (3) provides that the salaries, allowances, and other terms and conditions of service for these officers and employees will be set according to what is prescribed, meaning as laid down by the relevant rules or regulations.

(1) The State Government shall provide the District Commission with such officers and other employees as may be required to assist the District Commission in the discharge of its functions.

(2) The officers and other employees of the District Commission shall discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the President of the District Commission.

(3) The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the officers and other employees of the District Commission shall be such as may be prescribed.
