Summary
The State Commission can re-examine any order it has already passed, but only if there is a clear mistake visible on the face of the record. This review can be started by the Commission on its own initiative, or it can be requested by any party involved in the case. If a party wants to make such a request, they must do so within thirty days of the date the order was passed.

The State Commission shall have the power to review any of the order passed by it if there is an error apparent on the face of the record, either of its own motion or on an application made by any of the parties within thirty days of such order.
