Summary
If the National Commission passes an order without hearing one of the parties, that party can ask the Commission to cancel or reverse that order by filing an application for that purpose.
Official Text
Where an order is passed by the National Commission ex parte, the aggrieved party may make an application to the Commission for setting aside such order.
