In any court case or legal proceeding, you are only allowed to present evidence about facts that are directly in dispute or about other facts that this law specifically says are relevant. No other facts can be introduced as evidence.

Evidence may be given in any suit or proceeding of the existence or non-existence of every fact in issue and of such other facts as are hereinafter declared to be relevant, and of no others.
