Summary
Facts that set the stage for, directly or indirectly caused, or resulted from a fact that is in dispute or is otherwise relevant to the case are themselves relevant. This also includes facts that describe the general situation in which the disputed fact happened, or that made it possible for the event or transaction to occur.

Facts which are the occasion, cause, or effect, immediate or otherwise, of relevant facts, or facts in issue, or which constitute the state of things under which they happened, or which afforded an opportunity for their occurrence or transaction, are relevant.
