A person who breaks the regulations made under section 118 of this Act can be punished with a fine. The fine must be at least five hundred rupees, and it can go up to one thousand rupees.

Whoever contravenes the regulations made under section 118, shall be punishable with fine which shall not be less than five hundred rupees, but may extend to one thousand rupees.]
