Motor Vehicles Act Section 188 — Punishment for abetment of certain offences

Summary

Whoever helps or encourages someone to commit an offence under section 184, section 185, or section 186 of this Act will face the same punishment that is given for that offence itself.

Official Text

Whoever abets the commission of an offence under section 184, section 185 or section 186 shall be punishable with the punishment provided for the offence.
