Summary

The employer must mention in the organisation's annual report the number of cases filed under this Act, if any, and how those cases were disposed of. If the organisation is not required to prepare an annual report, the employer must instead inform the District Officer of the number of such cases, if any.

Official Text

The employer shall include in its report the number of cases filed, if any, and their disposal under this Act in the annual report of his organisation or where no such report is required to be prepared, intimate such number of cases, if any, to the District Officer.
