The appropriate Government is responsible for monitoring how this Act is being implemented across the country. It must also keep records, or data, on the number of sexual harassment cases at the workplace that have been filed and the number that have been disposed of, meaning resolved or closed.

The appropriate Government shall monitor the implementation of this Act and maintain date on the number of cases filed and disposed of in respect of all cases of sexual harassment at workplace.
