If an officer who is authorised to enter a place under sections 28, 29, or 30 of this Act is unable to get in by any other means, the officer is legally allowed to break open any outer or inner door or window, and to remove any other obstacles that block entry into that place.

Official Text

- If any officer empowered to make an entry under sections 28,29 or 30 cannot otherwise make such entry, it shall be lawful for him to break open any outer or inner door or window and to remove any other obstacles to his entry into any such place.
