Summary
Whoever forces any person to work against that person's will, without legal authority to do so, commits an offence. The punishment for this offence is imprisonment of either kind for up to one year, or a fine, or both.
Official Text
Whoever unlawfully compels any person to labour against the will of that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
