Summary

If a person forces another person to work against their will, and does so without any legal authority, that person commits an offence. The punishment for this offence can be imprisonment for up to one year, or a fine, or both.

Official Text

Whoever unlawfully compels any person to labour against the will of that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
