CHAPTER XIII OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE

Summary

Any authority that has the power to enforce the provisions of this Act will, if it commits an offence under this Act, be liable to pay twice the penalty that is normally prescribed for that offence under this Act.

Official Text

Any authority that is empowered to enforce the provisions of this Act shall, if such authority commits an offence under this Act, shall be liable for twice the penalty corresponding to that offence under this Act.
